Santa Stache Tags

Happy Tuesday all!!! How is everyone's holiday preparation going?

I have been pretty busy!!! December is a busy month for us all of course but, on top of your normal craziness of the holidays it's basketball season for my son and this years I'm team mama.... so I haven't been in my crafty space as much. Not to worry I have a little tag for you all.

These were super fun and quick to make using the santa stache stamp set with my blendabilities.

I just love making tags!!! And these cute nut crackers make me smile!!

Here's a close up on the dimension!!

Embossing on paper doilies / ctd321 + pcccs121

Hey guys!!

I know I've  been M.I.A lately. With the holidays and all that craziness I haven't had much crafting time :o( . But, I here now!!!!! With another challenge card.

Today I combined 2 of my favorite challenge blogs. The Color Throwdown and  The Paper Craft Crew both amazing blogs to get your creative mojo going.

A look at my card:

I have to tell ya' this card had a ton of trial and errors ( mostly error) . I wanted to turn the beautiful paper doilies silver & gold so I covered it in versa mark and figured I'd just sprinkle embossing powder, lift & heat seat "easy peasy" right?....WRONG!!! After I put on the embossing powder down I didn't know how to pick it back up. Finally I used my paper piercer to pock through one of the doily holes. Okay... on to the next step: heat set. I held doily up, warmed up my heat gun faced it to my doily.....and.... there goes my doily flying through the air.... LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES... :O).. hold doily down on a flat surface. Okay enough about my "DUH " moments.

Here are the original sketch and color swatch for my inspiration .

Hope everyone is enjoying their Wednesday!! Happy Stampin'

Visions of Santa Tags

Happy Monday everyone!!! Hope everyone is enjoying their day and is getting into the holiday spirit.

Here are some tags I made this weekend. Using the Visions of Santa stamp set and the Santa & Co. Designer washi tape both from the Stampin' up! Holiday catalog.

This stamp set is so fun and cheerful ( like the holiday's). They are also perfect for coloring. Also, because this is a photopolymer set you will get perfect placement and the price on a photopolymer set is amazing!!!!!

* I found that momento tuxedo black ink does NOT stain my stamps and this black is so crisp and clean.

I stamped each image in momento tuxedo black ink colored them in then fussy cut them and covered in Crystal effects. Let them dry "completely" pop them up with stampin' dimensionals.

These tags measure 4" × 2 1\2". I can not wait to attach these to my gifts I am sending out.

Happy Stampin'

Holiday Cheer card / cts #97

Hello,everyone!!!
It's already the end my Wednesday. I hope everyone is,having a great week. I haven't posted anything new since Friday and I do apologize for that. My week has been hectic. I am up too my ears in Halloween treats!!!!

I stepped away from all the Halloween craziness for a moment to create something for this week's CAS(E) this sketch challenge.

I had so much fun doing this one.

Look at those fun tree's. I love this set and the tree punch!!!

Reminder: festival of trees stamp set and tree punch are available in a bundle which means you save 15%.

...and that glimmer paper...I'm going to need more. I'm sure I'll be using a ton of that stuff.

Here's the inspiration sketch don't forget to play along. Just click the link above.

"Brew Up A Little Fun" Halloween Card / PCCCS111

So I know I have been doing a lot of Halloween posts but, I just love this holiday. I made this "witchy" card for this weeks paper craft crew challenge witch can be found HERE . Hope you all will join in on the fun!!!

This sketch callenge was so much fun!!! I am sure I will be using it for future cards.

The witch's dress is made with the oval scallop punch and trimmed to size. Can you believe I used just one stamp set ( I can't).

Hope you all like it!! If you have any questions let me know.
